Uniquely Millbrook
Part of what makes the Millbrook Farmers and Makers Market special is the community that surrounds it. From the backing of local businesses to the support of our entire community, the Millbrook Farmers and Makers Market is not possible without the people who shop with us and the vendors who return week after week. On Saturdays, be sure to take a stroll through the market, visit with our vendors, say hello to our Market Manager, Greg, and enjoy the bounty of the farms and businesses in our area. Some of what you find here at the Millbrook Farmers and Makers Market each Saturday, you can’t find anywhere else!
As you enjoy the market, one of the first tables you come to is our Millbrook Farmers and Makers Market CO-OP Table. Over the years, we have found many small farms and companies did not have enough time or products to attend the market. But without their local honey, jams, vegetables, microgreens, and such, our Farmers Market would not be the same and we would be missing out! So we came together as a community to put together our Market CO-OP Table, with products from many different farms and companies. It’s staffed by a community member committed to offering everyone the opportunity to participate in the Millbrook Farmers Market!
The First Farmers Market in Dutchess County
Since 1990, the Millbrook Farmers Market has been a source of community, good food, and support for local farms. When the Millbrook Farmers Market was founded, we were the first farmers market in Dutchess County. We have grown and changed over the years, but our commitment to sustainable local agriculture has never wavered.
In 2023, we are celebrating 33 years of bringing our community local produce, fresh baked goods, locally raised meats, and artisanal products.
