Meet Our Market Manager

Greg Mruk

Greg joined the Millbrook Farmers and Makers Market team for our 2021 market season. A New York native, Greg grew up in Westchester County and graduated from UMASS with a degree in Ag Economics and received his Masters from St. Michaels College in VT. After spending 35 years in Northern Vermont as an agricultural lender and small farmer, he moved to Southern California to manage a farm and teach animal husbandry at Pierce College. In 2017, after realizing they were missing the four seasons, he moved back to New York and now with his partner Dawn, has a small farm in Millbrook where they produce maple syrup, pastured poultry, and log-grown mushrooms. He also does financial consulting with farmers on behalf of several organizations and covers the region from Saratoga Springs to the East End of Long Island as well as the Hudson Valley.
